Partner Gil Weisman Presented Twice at NACTT 2011

In August, Becket & Lee Partner Gil Weisman presented during the plenary session at the annual meeting of the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees in Anaheim, California. Entitled "Post Lanning/Ransom Developments", the presentation delved into the evolving issue of projected disposable income in light of the critical Lanning and Ransom Supreme Court decisions. Gil followed this session with a more interactive panel discussion of the topic later in the conference.
