Alane Becket a Panelist at Annual ABI Event

Beginning on April 19th, Alane Becket attended the American Bankruptcy Institute's 30th Annual Spring Meeting in National Harbor, Maryland. At the conference, Alane participated on a panel discussing the use of non-standard plan provisions in chapter 13, along with Judge Ray Mullins of Atlanta and John Rao, a member of the Advisory Committee on Bankruptcy Rules and attorney with the National Consumer Law Center. Alane was also recently reelected to a second 3 year term on the ABI's Board of Directors and will continue her duties as a member of the Publications Committee.
